Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Coordinator
(Part time/Remote)

As we grow, we are looking to add a DEI Coordinator to support our current team in embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion principles across our competitions, content, and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the team to review content for inclusivity, bias, and accessibility.
• Assist in developing outreach efforts to broaden participation from underrepresented groups in STEM.
• Help collect and organize data on diversity participation metrics to inform improvements.
• Support accessibility enhancements on our digital platforms.
• Work alongside educators, partners, and internal staff to promote an inclusive environment.
   

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience or strong interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion within education or non-profits.
• Passionate about expanding equitable opportunities in STEM.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to support and collaborate with a growing team.
